The EAI aeroacoustic/vibration analytical and diagnostic engineering staff is supported by a design department consisting of senior designers and draftsmen. Together, our aeroacoustic engineers and design group will generate complete specifications, conceptual illustrations and/or CAD design drawings to meet the acoustical, aerodynamic, physical and thermodynamic criteria. Due to our intimate knowledge of equipment manufacturing, our clients can be assured of practical designs which may be economically implemented.
An integral part of our engineering program is the concept of proprietary, computerized predictive acoustic modeling, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for mass flow / inflow analysis and computer aided design. These mathematical models allow us to analyze hundreds of material arrays and/or subsystems, digitally synthesize their implementation and accurately predict their performance. Thoughtful integration of computer aided analysis, design, scheduling and manufacturing will provide a substantial reduction in project expenses.
